General Terms & Conditions for Accommodation Contract
(Article 1)
01.01.
Contracts for accommodation and related agreements to be entered into between this Hotel and the Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particu lars not provided herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.
01.02.
In the case when the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulati ons and generally accepted practices the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the preceding Paragraph.
Article 2.(Application for Accommodation Contract)
02.01.
A Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
(1) Name of the Guest(s);
(2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival;
(3) Accommodation charges (based in princip le on the Basic Accommodation Charges listed in the Attached Table No. 1); and
(4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.In case of reservation from the Internet, please use the reservation input form.
02.02.
If Guests request to extend th eir stay, during their stay, beyond the date in subparagraph (2) of the preceding Paragraph, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made.
Article 3. (Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
03.01.
A Contract for Accommodation shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel has duly accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding Article.
However, the same shall not apply where it has been proved that the Hotel has not accepted t he application.
03.02.
When an accommodation contract has been concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the accommodation charge shall be paid by the date designated by this hotel.
Article 4.(Refusal of Accommodation Contract s)
04.01.
The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances:
(1) When the application for accommodation does not conform with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
(2) When the Hotel is fu lly booked and there is no vacancy;
(3) When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly identified as carrying an infectious disease;
(4) When the Guest seeking accommodation is considered to be corresponding to the following (a) to (c).

(5) When the Hotel and/or hotel staff are violently threatened or unreasonably burdened by the Guest;
(6) When it is clearly recognized that the person who intends to stay is a person with an infectious disease.
(7) When a violent act of demand is committed or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded in connection with accommodation.
(8) When it is impossible to accommodate guests due to natural disasters,breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 5. (Right t o Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest)
05.01.
The Guest is entitled to cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
(1) In the event that a guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, this hotel will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy on this hotel's website.
(2) In the event that a guest does not arrive at the hotel by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the stay (or 2 hours after the estimated time of arrival, if such time has been pecified in advance), this hotel may deem that the contract of stay has been cancelled by the guest and treat it as such.
Article 6. (Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract by the Hotel)
06.01.
The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract even during the accommodation period under any of the following circumstances:
(1) When it is recognized that the guest is likely to commit an act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good mora ls in connection with his/her stay, or when it is recognized that the guest has committed such an act.
(2) When it is recognized that the guest falls under any of the following items (a) through (c)

(5) When a violent act of demand is committed or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded in connection with accommodation.
(6) When it is impossible to accommodate guests due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
(7) When a guest does not comply with the prohibition of smo king in the bedroom,tampering with fire fighting equipment, etc., and other rules of use established by the hotel (limited to what is necessary for fire prevention).
06.02.
In the event that this hotel cancels all or part of the accommodation contract pursuant to the preceding paragraph, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy on this hotel's website.
Article 7. (Registration)
07.01.
The Guest shall register the fo llowing particulars the Front Desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation:
(1) Name, age, sex, address, phone number and occupation of the Guest.(s)
(2) To verify your identity, you will be asked to present your driver's license,heal th insurance card, My Number Card, or passport, or a photocopy if necessary.
(3) Nationality, passport number, port and date of entry in Japan;
(4) Date and estimated time of departure;
(5) Other particulars deemed necessary by t he Hotel;
Article 8(Time Allowed for Use of the Guest room)
08.01.
The time allowed for the Guest to use the guest room of our Hotel shall be from 3:00p.m. till 10:00a.m. of the following morning, except when the Guest stays for more than one night in succession, in which case the Guest may use the guest room all day except the day of arrival and the day of departure.
Article 9. (Observance of Hotel Regulations)
9.01.
The Guest shall observe the Hotel Regulations established by the Hotel. Hotel Regu lations are posted within the premises of the Hotel.
Article 10. (Payment of Charges)
1. The breakdown of accommodation charges, etc., payable by the guest shall be as set forth in the rate schedule on the Hotel's website.
2. The payment of the accommodation charge, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be settled by credit card at the time of application.
3. The hotel will charge a room charge even if the guest voluntarily does not stay at the hotel after the hotel has been offered and made available for use by the guest.
Article 11. (Responsibility of Our Hotel)
11.01
In the case that we have inflicted damage on the Guest in the course of fulfilling the Accommodation Contract and related Contracts or in breach of these Contracts, we shall compensate for the said damage, unless the said damage has been caused due to a cause not attributable to us.
11.02.
Even though the Hotel has received the "PASS MARK" (Certificate of excellence of Fire Prevention Standard issued by the fire station), furthermore, the Hotel us covered by Hotel Liability Insurance in order to deal wit h unexpected fire and other disasters.
Article 12. (Handling of Deposited Articles)
12.01.
In the event that a guest's baggage arrives at this hotel prior to his/her stay, the hotel will take responsibility for keeping it only if it is agreed upon by the hotel prior to arrival, and hand it over to the guest when he/she checks in at the front desk.
12.02.
In the event that a guest's luggage or personal belongings are left behind at this hotel after the guest has checked out, and the owner is found, this hotel shall contact the owner and ask for his/her instructions. However, if the owner's instruct ions are not given, or if the owner is not known, the hotel will keep the baggage for 7 days including the day it is found, and then dispose of it. Food,beverages, and disposable utensils will be disposed of on the same day.
Article 13.
(Responsibility f or parking)
13.01.
When a guest uses the hotel's parking lot, the hotel rents a space and Is not responsible for the care of the vehicle.
Article 14. (Liability of the Guest)
14.01.
In the event that this hotel suffers damages due to the intentional or n egligent act of a guest, said guest shall compensate this hotel for such damages.
(Governing Language) Article 19. These terms and conditions are provided in both Japanese and English. In case of discrepancy between the Japanese origi nal and English translation, the Japanese version shall take precedence.

Rules and Regulation
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we have established the following terms and conditions based on Article 9 of the Accommodation Agreement,which we ask you to observe.
Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in the termination of the accommodation contract.
About the type of use
1. Only guests who have reserved a room are allowed to use the facility.
Entry to the rooms and facility grounds is strictly prohibited to all guests other than those who have made reservations.
2. If we find out that you have been using the room wi thout informing us, you will be asked to leave the room immediately and pay a penalty fee (for the number of people in the room).
Regulatory Matters
1. The hotel requests that no smoking be permitted in the entire building.
If any odor or trace of smoking is found, you may be asked to pay for House cleaning or replacement of bedding and fixtures. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot on the first floor and the space in front of the entrance on the second floor.
2. If you intentionally or accidental ly damage or deface any of our facilities,appliances, furniture, or items, you will be responsible for all restoration charges.However, this does not apply to cases where insurance coverage is provided.
3. The facilities and equipment o f the hotel are for loan to guests for the duration of their stay only and are not to be taken home with them. With the exception of beach towels, no items may be taken out of the hotel.
4.
