Blue Shores Onna Village Resort House Rules

■Maximum capacity
Only those who made a reservation (number of people) may enter the facility.
If the number of people differs from the number declared during our staff's verification, it will be considered a breach of contract and you will be required to vacate the premises immediately.
No refunds will be given for lodging fees.

■About Check-in
We have introduced a contactless check-in system.
Please enter the room using the PIN number provided to you in advance via email.
Please complete your pre-check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process.
＊For foreign nationals and when required by law, we ask that you present your passport or photo ID.

■About Check-out
Please vacate your room by the checkout date and time.
Please do not leave any belongings in your room after checkout.（We cannot store luggage after checkout.）
Please note that any food items left behind will be disposed of during cleaning.
　　　　
■Regarding Valuables
Please take care of your own valuables.

■Regarding Equipment and Supplies
Please refrain from removing any equipment or supplies.
Please return any cooking utensils or tableware you have used to their original locations after washing them.

■Fire safety
The use of open flames such as fireworks, candles, and bonfires is prohibited. (This includes all outdoor areas such as the building interior, gardens, and roads.)
Please refrain from burning incense inside the building and from cooking dishes that leave lingering odors, such as grilled meat.
This will be subject to a cleaning fee within the facility.

■About the Bathroom
Hair dyeing in the bathroom is prohibited.

■Regarding Noise
Noise is prohibited. Please refrain from outdoor conversations during nighttime hours.

■Regarding Cleaning
A cleaning fee after checkout is included, but depending on the condition of the room, additional charges may apply.
Please separate your trash.Please note that mid-stay cleaning services are not provided.

■Fees for Infants
Children under 5 years old stay free of charge but must share a bed with an adult. Bedding and towels are not provided.

■Prohibited Purposes of Use
Use for purposes other than lodging is generally prohibited. Please inquire in advance in the following cases:

■Confirmation upon leaving the premises
When leaving the premises, please lock the doors, turn off the lights, and switch off the air conditioner and other appliances.
If you do not observe the closing time, an overstay fee will be charged.
If utility costs exceed the specified amount, additional charges may apply.

■About the Parking Lot
Please use the dedicated parking lot.
Under no circumstances is parking permitted on public roads or neighboring properties.

■BBQ
We offer free rental of gas BBQ grills.
※Gas cylinders are available for a fee.
Please conduct barbecues only in designated areas.

■No Smoking
No smoking is permitted anywhere in the building, including e-cigarettes.
If we determine that smoking has occurred, including evidence such as cigarette butts or odors, a penalty fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. (Disposing of cigarette butts in portable ashtrays or similar containers is also prohibited.)
Please smoke in the designated outdoor area.

■Pets (not allowed)
Pets are not allowed.

■About Your Child
Children under 5 years old are free. Children 6 years old and above are charged the regular rate.

■Age Restrictions
Groups consisting solely of minors (young customers only) are not permitted.
＊It is perfectly acceptable for your family to include children.

■No Entry Zone
The facility owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from entering the water basin or restricted areas.
Please note that repair costs may also be incurred.

■About Security Cameras
Security cameras are installed outdoors for the purpose of crime prevention and to prevent unauthorized entry and misuse by non-guests.

■Regarding Flight Cancellations
On days when flights are canceled due to inclement weather, we will accept cancellations free of charge. However, for consecutive nights, the standard rate will apply starting from the day flights resume operation.

■In the event you fail to comply with our house rules or terms of use, we will charge a penalty fee and any costs incurred for repairs/compensation (minimum ¥50,000). Depending on the circumstances, you may be required to vacate the premises immediately.


【During a disaster】
In the event of an earthquake, fire, tsunami, typhoon, landslide, or other emergency, take action to protect your own life.
If an evacuation order is issued, follow your local government's instructions and act promptly.
