We have introduced a non-personal check-in system.
Please see the check-in procedure below.
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with your reservation details and a PIN number to unlock your room.
Please make sure that you are set to receive emails from "@client.airhost.co".

Accommodation plan, This is a no-meal plan. The maximum number of guests is 8.
Payment is by credit card only, Payment is by credit card in advance only.

□There are two types of accommodation plans: one for up to 5 people and the other for 6 or more people.

・The basic rate for the 5-person plan is 25,000 yen per person for up to 2 persons, and beds are available.

・The basic rate for the 6-person or more guest plan allows up to 6 persons to stay in the room, and from 6 persons onward, an extra futon bed will be provided for 5,000 yen per couple.

■About capacity
Only the number of people who applied for the room at the time of reservation can enter.
If there is a discrepancy between the number of guests and the number of people applied for at the time of confirmation by our staff, the reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave the building immediately.
Accommodation fees are non-refundable.

■About Check-in
A non-contact check-in system has been installed.
Please enter the room with the PIN number provided to you in advance by e-mail.
After entering the room, please check in using the tablet located on the right side of the room as soon as possible.
Please check in in advance to ensure that check-in goes smoothly.
*For foreign guests and when required by law, we will ask you to submit your passport and ID card (with photo).

■Check-out
Please check in before the check-out date and time.
Please do not leave your luggage in your room after check-out. (We cannot accept any luggage left in your room after check-out.)
Please note that any food items left behind will be disposed of at the time of cleaning.

■Valuables
Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

■Facilities and equipment
Please do not take equipment and fixtures out of the building.
Please return used cooking utensils, dishes, etc. to their designated places after washing.

■Fire
Fireworks, candles, bonfires, etc. are prohibited. (This includes inside the building, in the garden, on the street, and outdoors.)
Please refrain from burning incense in the building and cooking food that may leave a lingering odor, such as grilled meat.
You will be charged a cleaning fee.

■About Bathrooms
Hair dyeing in the bathroom is prohibited.

■Noise
No noise is allowed. Please refrain from chatting outdoors at night.

■Cleaning
Cleaning fee after check-out is included, but may be charged separately depending on usage.
Please separate your garbage. Cleaning during your stay is not included.

■About Free Infants
Children under 5 years old are free of charge, but must sleep with their parents. Bedding and towels are not provided.

■Purpose of use prohibited
In principle, use for purposes other than lodging is prohibited.

■Check when leaving the building
When leaving the building, please lock the doors, turn off the lights, and turn off the air conditioner, etc.
Failure to do so will result in an overage charge.
In addition, you may be charged separately if your utility bill exceeds the specified amount.

■About Parking
Please use the dedicated parking lot, which can accommodate two cars.
Parking on public streets or on neighboring properties is prohibited under any circumstances.

■BBQ (not allowed)
BBQ is not allowed.

■No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building, including electronic cigarettes.
If you are found to be smoking, including cigarette butt litter and odor, you will be charged a penalty fee of 50,000 yen. (Disposal of cigarette butts in portable ashtrays, etc. is also prohibited.)
Please smoke in designated areas outside the rooms.

■Pets (unaccompanied)
Pets are not allowed.

■About your child
Children under 5 years old are free of charge; from 6 years old and above, the regular fee applies.

■Age Limitations
Group use by minors only (young guests only) is not allowed.
*It is no problem to include children in your family.

■ Off-limits areas
he facility owner will not be responsible for any damage caused by entering the water table and off-limits areas.
Please note that repair costs may be incurred.

■Security Cameras
Security cameras are installed outdoors for the purpose of crime prevention and to prevent entry and unauthorized use of rooms by persons other than those related to the accommodation.
    
■Flight Cancellation
If a flight is cancelled due to inclement weather,we will accept the cancellation free of charge. However, in the case of consecutive nights, regular charges will apply from the day the flight is operated.

    ■Penalty for contract breach
Failure to comply with the house rules and terms of use will result in a penalty fee and repair/compensation costs (minimum 50,000 yen).
Depending on the situation, you may be asked to leave the building immediately.


【In the event of a disaster】
In the event of an earthquake, fire, tsunami,typhoon, landslide or other emergency, please take action to protect your own life.
If evacuation orders have been issued, please be sure to follow the instructions of the local government and act promptly.
