The hotel does not have a front desk on the premises. There is no key return
because you enter the room with a PIN code. After parking your car in the
parking lot, please go directly to your room and enter your room with the
security code that we have sent you by e-mail. After entering the room,
please check in using the tablet located on the right side of the room.

Please park in the dedicated parking lot. A pole marked "Blue Shallows
Onna Village Resort Private Parking Place" is a landmark. Please do
not park anywhere else.
After parking your car, please go directly to your room by the private
staircase leading to your room at the left end of the parking lot. The
blue door is your room.
There is a "keypad" on the door. After entering the PIN number
provided in the e-mail, press "ㇾ" to open the door. When the
door is unlocked, press "ㇾ" to lock the door.
A tablet is located on the right side of the room as soon as you enter
the room. （Please complete the check-in process.) Please touch the "One
Stay Tablet" icon at the bottom of the screen, and follow the instructions
on the screen. Please note that there are many items to be entered in the
check-in procedure.
※Please be sure to enter your check-in information in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. Instructions will be provided in an e-mail after your reservation is made.
Check outチェックアウトについて
Please be sure to check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day you plan to check
out. When checking out, please be sure to check out on your tablet before
leaving your room. The PIN used will be disabled 30 minutes after check-out.
Please take care of the contents of your lost and found. (Even if you do
not check out, your PIN will be disabled at 10:30 on the day you plan to
check out.) In the unlikely event that you need to re-enter the room, such
as if you have forgotten something, please contact us at the contact information
below.
