The hotel does not have a front desk on the premises. There is no key return
because you enter the room with a PIN code. After parking your car in the
parking lot, please go directly to your room and enter your room with the
security code that we have sent you by e-mail. After entering the room,
please check in using the tablet located on the right side of the room.

Please park in the dedicated parking lot.
A pole marked "Blue Shallows Onna Village Resort Dedicated Parking
Lot" is the landmark. The dedicated space is on the right side of
the parking lot. Please do not park anywhere else.
The room is on the second floor. There is a private staircase leading to
the room at the left end of the parking lot.
Once parked, please use the private stairs to get to your room. The blue door is your room.
There is a "keypad" on the door. After entering the PIN number provided in the e-mail, press "ﾚ" to open the door. When the door is unlocked, press "ﾚ" to lock the door.
A check-in tablet is located to the right as you enter your room. Please complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible.
Touch the icon marked "One Stay Tablet" at the bottom of the
screen and follow the instructions displayed. (If the screen is off, touch
the screen.)
After check-in is completed, the password for Wi-Fi that can be used in
the hotel will be displayed.
*Failure to complete the check-in procedure may result in cancellation of your membership registration on the reservation site. Please be sure to do so. There are many items to be entered in the check-in procedure. Please be sure to enter your check-in information in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. Instructions on how to do this will be sent to you by e-mail after you have made a reservation.
Once you have completed check-in with your tablet, you are done with the
procedure.

Check outチェックアウトについて
Please be sure to check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day you plan to check
out. When checking out, please be sure to check out on your tablet before
leaving your room. The PIN used will be disabled 30 minutes after check-out.
Please take care of the contents of your lost and found. (Even if you do
not check out, your PIN will be disabled at 10:30 on the day you plan to
check out.) In the unlikely event that you need to re-enter the room, such
as if you have forgotten something, please contact us at the contact information
